Love them or hate them webcams are a brilliant tool to get a feel about the place where you're travelling to. Listed here are some of the webcams in Cornwall, and links to the webcam operators. There are really two different types. The first are those webcams that take a snapshot every 30 minutes or so which then gets uploaded to the website, these are normally quite good when there's a lot to show, i.e. Big photo formats. The second type of webcam is streaming, that's to say that its like watching TV only the fps rate (frames per second) is lower. Some cameras however have a very high fps rate and it is just like your TV. An example of this is the St Mawes Webcam, Cornwall.
