Seagulls is an extensive house with delightful uninterrupted views over the Percuil River & Froe Creek in a quiet residential area of St Mawes. Only a few steps from Freshwater Boatyard, the property is ideal for those looking to get out on the water & is only a short walk to St Mawes harbour. It is an absolutely superb location where you can really relax, unwind and just watch the boats go by!

Located in a very quiet corner of St Mawes, Seagulls has the benefit of views across the river from a number of rooms. The terraced mature garden leads down to a riverside footpath which takes you along the foreshore to The Priory. The centre of the village with its pubs and shops is approximately a 10 minute walk away along various short cut paths or about 15 minutes walk along the beautiful seafront.

Please be aware that Seagulls is an older style property that might not have the level of fixtures and fittings as some of our more other properties, however it does have the most fantastic position and views across the river. Accommodation
Ground Floor: The hallway leads to the kitchen with a separate dining area for eight people. The large lounge has great views of the river with a good range of sofas, easy chairs & patio doors leading onto a terrace which gives even better water views. The bedrooms consist of a 5ft double, a twin, a bunkroom for two children and a further room with a single and a "pull out" to provide beds for eight. There is a family bathroom with over bath shower and a cloakroom with WC & hand basin. Through a door is a further triple room with views & bathroom. This is available at an additional cost for bigger parties.
Lower Ground Floor: Stairs lead down to the utility room with a washing machine & fridge / freezer. There is a shower room with WC.
Exterior: There is terraced gardens, patios with external furniture & BBQ facilities.

Facilities & Services
The property is centrally heated with double glazing throughout. The kitchen is equipped with a hob & double oven, dishwasher, fridge / freezer & microwave. There is a television, DVD and video. The utility room on the lower ground floor has a washing machine and further fridge / freezer, with plenty of space for drying sailing equipment.

Miscellaneous
Electricity, heating & bed linen are included but you will need to provide your own towels. There is off road parking for up to 6 vehicles. Well behaved dogs are permitted at Seagulls at a small additional charge. We regret no smoking is permitted. There is a cot & high chair available.
