The River House

The River House is an outstanding reverse level home overlooking the entire St Mawes Bay from the Percuil River to St Mawes Castle. Situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac in an elevated position above Tavern Beach, this superb luxury holiday home enjoys some of the finest panoramic views in St Mawes. Located only a short walk from the St Mawes harbour area with its shops, hotels and pubs, the River House is a splendid place to stay.

As soon as you enter the large living room, you know this is a magnificent location. The panoramic view dominates the house and can be seen from all the principle rooms. There is access onto the elevated balcony which is a superb place to enjoy a meal in the sunshine. The property faces almost due south and therefore gets the sun for most of the day. The large lounge area is very comfortably furnished and there is fully fitted kitchen with all the facilities you would expect of such a home. The bedrooms are all located on the lower floor, but still benefit from the wonderful views of the bay.

Accommodation
Upper Level: A large lounge and dining room with access to the balcony deck through a sliding door. The fully fitted kitchen is to the rear with a small breakfast area. There is a small utility area to the rear and a WC.
Lower Level: 3 good sized double bedrooms, all with sea views. The main double room has an ensuite bathroom and access to the garden through french windows. There is a separate shower room and WC.

Facilities and Services
The property is centrally heated with double glazing throughout. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine. There is a freeview digital television. The balcony has outdoor furniture. There is off road parking sufficient for 2 cars.

Miscellaneous
All electricity and heating included. All bed linen is included but not towels. The River House is for over 18's only. Regrettably, no dogs are permitted at the River House. There are shops, pubs and restaurants around St Mawes Harbour which is a 6-7 minute walk away down a short hill. We regret no smoking is permitted.
