There is a lovely big window in the sitting room to look out and enjoy the views over the harbour or watch the boats coming & going at the quay. There are also views from the bedroom. Mikes Place is perfect for a couple seeking a great value base in St Mawes with sea views and easy access to the beach, pubs & shops.

Access is level with no steps and suitable for all. The front door takes you into a hallway with a WC immediately on the right. There is a recently fitted kitchen with dining area & lounge on the left of the passage with a very comfortably sized bedroom and separate bathroom with over bath shower on the right.
Acccommodation
Ground Floor Only: Entrance hall leading into open plan kitchen with further door into the dining / lounge area. There is a good sized bedroom with zip & link beds & ample cupboard space with a separate bathroom and further WC.
Exterior: A shared roof terrace with magnificent views out to sea. Shared external furniture is provided on the roof terrace.

Facilities & Services
Heating is via night storage heaters throughout. The kitchen is very well equipped with a range of cupboards, kettle, toaster, electric oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer & radio. In the lounge area there is a TV & DVD Player. There is an iron and ironing board available. WiFi is available in the apartment. There is a coin operated laundry room on site available for guests use.

Miscellaneous
Electricity, heating, bed linen & towels are all included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. There is a reserved free parking space in the main car park for you to use which is less than a minute away. Regrettably, dogs are not permitted. We regret no smoking is permitted. There is a cot and high chair available.

Arrival / Departure is a Sunday or Thursday.
Short breaks are available all year round.
£100 pre-authorised to your credit or debit card as a security deposit is required.
