Chapel Cottage

In an elevated position above St Mawes harbour, Chapel Terrace is an extremely convenient location as it is so close to the busy harbour area. A short steep hill or a set of steps takes you down the famous Victory steps and from this delightful little harbour you can catch a ferry to Falmouth or to the dramatic St Anthony headland with its superb walks and sandy beaches.

Chapel Cottage is a superb terraced cottage which has been carefully modernised over the last few years by the dedicated Owners. The 2 bedroom cottage has simply wonderful views and also benefits from a great patio seating area at the front overlooking the bay or alternatively an excellent patio deck to the rear which gets some amazing evening sun. The living room is compact with one large sofa, an easy chair and a gate legged dining table, a beamed ceiling and access throught to the fully fitted kitchen. The front and rear bedrooms are a good size and the bathroom is completely new for 2011.

Accommodation
Ground Floor: Sitting room and kitchen.
First Floor: Two double bedrooms and bathroom with over bath shower.
Exterior: Front patio with outside furniture. Rear deck which gets evening sun, with external furniture and BBQ facilities.

Facilities & Services
Heating is via electric heating throughout. The kitchen is fully fitted with an electric oven & hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher & washing machine. In the sitting room there is a flatscreen, digital TV & DVD player with CD & Radio. There is WiFi available at the cottage. There is an iron & ironing board available. A travel cot is available at the cottage.

Miscellaneous
Electricity, heating & bed linen are all included but you will need to provide your own towels. One well behaved dog is welcome at a small additional charge. Parking is available either on the quay or the main car park or on the seafront in the evenings or out of season. We regret that smoking is not permitted.

General Booking Information
Arrival/departure day is either a Sunday or a Thursday when short breaks are allowed.
Short breaks are available at certain times of year.
£100 pre-authorised to your credit or debit card as a security deposit is required.
