There is a small 'den' with sofa and TV, ideal for hiding the children in! 2 double bedrooms, one with a bay window and beautiful views, a twin rooms with full sized beds and a further twin room with 2 small single beds which are only suitable for children. There are 2 bathrooms, one a wet room with a shower and one with bath. The back door leads into a fully equipped utility room with tiled floor.
Exterior: There is a table with bench seating on a private patio area and the shared use of the extensive grounds.

Facilities & Services
Heating is via central heating and there is a wood burning stove. The kitchen has a range of modern equipment including an electric oven and hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge / freezer and dishwasher. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. The sitting room area and den both have flatscreen digital TVs and the sitting room TV has freeview and a DVD player. There is WiFi available at the property. There is an iron, an ironing board, a cot and high chair.

Miscellaneous
Electricity, heating and bed linen are all included but you will need to provide your own towels. Off street parking is available for up to 2 cars. Regrettably no smoking is allowed. Regrettably, no dogs are permitted.
