Bosun's Locker

The Bosun's Locker is tucked quietly away behind the seafront, but within a minutes walk of the harbour. St Mawes, is a magical place to visit, a renowned sailing centre whose sheltered location gives it a climate to enjoy all year round. In winter it is a great place to enjoy local food at the many award winning pubs & hotels around the Roseland Peninsula, and enjoy panoramic views of the Carrick Roads from the stunning walks that can be taken from the village.

The cottage itself is accessed through a shared entrance hall. This wonderfully light apartment is comfortable furnished and benefits from a pretty south-west facing terrace to the front. It is a fabulous place for a couple to stay.

Accommodation
Ground Floor: Open plan kitchen, dining area and sitting room. Bedroom with double bed and separate bathroom with shower over bath.
Exterior: South-west facing terrace with external furniture.

Facilities & Services
Heating is via night storage heaters and an electric heater. The kitchen is fully fitted with a range of units. There is an electric oven & hob, a microwave, fridge / freezer and washer / drier. There is a combined TV / DVD player and CD & tape player in the sitting room. There is WiFi available at the Bosun's Locker.

Miscellaneous
Electricity, heating, bed linen & towels are all included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. Parking is available on the sea front in the evenings and all day out of season. During the season, parking is available on the main quay or alternatively in the main car park which is a short walk away. We regret that dogs are not permitted. Regrettably no smoking is allowed.

Arrival / Departure is normally a Saturday.
Shortbreaks are available during quieter periods.
£100 pre-authorised to your credit or debit card as a security deposit is required.
