Freshwater Boatyard is a well equipped yard on the Percuil River in St Mawes. The yard has good sea access to the Carrick Roads yet is sheltered from bad weather.

Freshwater Boatyard has storage facilities for small dinghys and waterfcraft and large yachts with storage areas at the yard and other locations in the area.

The yard has a resident boat builder, John Leach, as well as nearby marine engineers. Freshwater can assist with boat repairs and maintainence, boat storage, boat transport, engineering and even holiday accommodation!
