Nearwater Bed & Breakfast

Nearwater our luxury boutique Bed and Breakfast and self catering accommodation is opening for business on 1st April 2010. Tim and Amelia having recently sold up in Yorkshire and moved to St Mawes have created 3 beautifully appointed guest rooms and a self catering annex.

Accommodation provides all modern luxuries and a beautiful coastal/New England style.
Nearwater is located in the village of St Mawes an easy 5 minute walk to a wide selection of water front cafes, pubs and restaurants and only a 3 minute walk from the nearest beach.
St Mawes is a beautiful fishing village on The Roseland Peninsula, an area of outstanding natural beauty that enjoys a diverse coastline which ranges from sheltered, wooded creeks and secluded inlets to storm-beaten shores and golden beaches.

The area offers an abundance of activities from the physical (sailing, kayaking, swimming, cycling and more) to the more leisurely delights of gentle walks and trips to explore the many subtropical gardens for which Cornwall is famous.

Tim and Amelia have long standing connections with the area. Having met in a pub in St Mawes in 1985 and being married here a few years later, they have holidayed in St Mawes every year since. They are delighted to have now moved to St Mawes permanently with their 3 teenage children and miniature dachshund called Musto.
