Chypons Farm Cottage

Chypons Farm nestles on the side of a valley on the edge of Nancledra a few miles to the south of St Ives. This is spectacular countryside with the wild moors of west Cornwall interspersed with lush woodland valleys. There is a dramatic coastline to explore with some magical beaches nearby. This part of Cornwall has everything either for those who want a holiday with lots to see and do or those who simply want to sit back and relax. Nearby, St Ives is a haven for art lovers with The Tate Gallery, the Hepworth Gallery and a range of small galleries and unique shops.

The cottage is the largest of the properties at Chypons Farm and has the most character with some beautiful old stonework, a huge inglenook fireplace with log burner and beamed ceilings throughout. The accommodation is very flexible with 2 rooms having 'zip & link' beds. Please be aware the second twin bedroom is accessed by passing through the first floor double room.

Accommodation
Ground Floor: Large hallway leading to fully fitted beamed kitchen. To the side is a shower room with WC. Lounge area with large fireplace. Dining room and Master double bedroom with 'zip & link' beds.
First Floor: Family bathroom, galleried double bedroom with corridor through to third bedroom with two single beds or a 6" 'zip & link' bed.
Exterior: Small patio to the front with outside furniture and use of communal garden and summerhouse.

Facilities & Services
Central heating throughout. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven & hob, kettle, toaster, fridge / freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. There is a communal tumble drier. In the lounge area there is a digital TV & DVD player and CD. WiFi is available. There is an iron & ironing board.

Miscellaneous
Electricity, heating, bed linen and towel are included. There is parking available for up to 2 cars. Regrettably no dogs are permitted. Regrettably no smoking is allowed. There is a cot & high chair available.

Arrival / Departure is normally a Saturday.
Shortbreaks are available during quieter periods.
£100 pre-authorised to your credit or debit card as a security deposit is required.
