Family reunion or celebration? Tor View Barn accommodates groups of between 12 and 26 people making it an ideal venue for that special occassion. And with a two bedroomed cottage next door, your party can be extended by four more people.

With six ensuite bedrooms, the luxury 4 star barn has a wonderful, fully equipped wood and granite kitchen; extensive lounge and dinning room with fabulous views of the surrounding countryside; and play areas both indoors and out.

Tor View is the ideal base for exploring the whole of county, accessing the beaches along either the South or North Coasts within half an hour. The Eden Project is just 10 minutes drive away and the Lost Gardens of Heligan, 20 minutes away.

Tor View is situated between the villages of Luxulyan and Lanlivery where there are some great public houses.

Luxulyan is located at the head of the picturesque Luxulyan Valley with its beautiful woodland walks and boasts a local village inn, historic church, sub post office and general stores. A short distance away is Breney Common, an area of outstanding natural beauty, with walk ways and plenty of opportunity for bird and wildlife watching.

There is plenty of off road parking and undercover parking for motorbikes and bicycles.
