This modern, well equipped apartment is right in the centre of St Austell. A superb base to explore Cornwall from with The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Charlestown and Wheal Martyn China Clay Museum all within a few minutes drive.

Interior: The hallway leads to a well equipped bathroom, a comfortable double bedroom with memory foam mattress and a large kitchen / dining room / lounge.
Exterior: There is a small private external seating area and a large shared roof terrace.

Heating is via central heating. The kitchen is fully fitted with an electric oven & hob, kettle, toaster, fridge / freezer, microwave & washer / drier. The lounge area has a flatscreen digital TV / DVD player with CD & Radio. WiFi is available at the property. There is an iron & ironing board available.

Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are all included. Covered parking in a multi-storey car park is available within the building complex and better value uncovered parking is available within a couple of minutes walk from China Court. We regret that no smoking or dogs are allowed. There is a cot & high chair available.
