Directions:
From Exeter on the M5 motorway; Take the A30 Okehampton exit and stay on this road for approximately 1hr until reaching the Innis Downs roundabout. Take the first exit signposted St Austell A391. Follow the A391 over several roundabouts until you reach a T Junction.
At the junction, turn left onto the A390 signposted Liskeard. Take the second exit at the next roundabout signposted Bens Playworld and the entrance to the Cornish hotels private road is approximately 300 yards further on the right.
