In the heart of Portreath village, the appartment is situated right on the harbour side. You will be close to all the amenities, two minutes from the sandy beach, the cliff top footpaths and the cycle trail to Devoran.
Portreath is situated on the north-west coast, nestling in a valley between high cliffs and has a secluded, sandy beach which is ideal for the family and for the more energetic water sports enthusiasts.
The village has a very friendly atmosphere and caters for most needs of visitors whether holidaying in the area or touring whilst based in the village. For the holidaymaker who prefers to keep to the local area there are many facilities to enjoy, including: a cycle trail to the south coast, the beautiful beach for swimming, surfing and windsurfing; fishing; the National Trust coastal footpath with unsurpassed breathtaking scenery; inland wooded and parkland walks where wild flowers and many species of birds abound.
Although Portreath is un-commercialised, the local amenities provide for all holiday and touring needs. There are cafes and licensed restaurants (one Chinese), a small supermarket, seaside shops and four public houses all selling food.
