Portreath Arms Hotel

Only a few paces from the sea and open to everyone. This is not an Olde Worlde pub with low oak beams on which to bump your head but it is traditional. Built in 1856, it is solid, sunny and spacious. The decorations are light and bright and the rooms are well proportioned and comfortable.
The beer is good, carefully kept and carefully served, while the freshly cooked meals more than satisfies the most ravenous of holiday appetities. In both the public bar and cosy lounge you can rub shoulders with the native Cornishman and enjoy the experience.
