Bright lounge with open fire & digital tv/dvd. Full central heating and uPVC doors & windows. The house has no internal steps or stairs and is light, bright, with plenty of spacious rooms and high ceilings & full height door frames.
One large double bedroom, one twin room (plus cot) both with ensuite facilities, garden, sea view and ample onsite parking. Outside furniture, BBQ and rinsing tap/hose. Centrally located within the picturesque harbour village of Port Isaac, with many restaurants, pubs & shops all within easy walking distance. Fresh landed seafood on the slipway, and local produce in the deli & bakery.
Ideally suited to two couples sharing, a family or those with limited mobility. Cot & highchairs provided. Well equipped with toys, games, books, wetsuits & bodyboards.
