Suncroft is a superbly presented apartment nestling on the edge of the village of Port Isaac. Located on a quiet private cul-de-sac, you can wander a few short paces from your front door and enjoy quite dramatic views of the sea and scenic north Cornwall coast from the end of the lane. Port Isaac is one of a number of traditional villages to explore along this fantastic coastline including Boscastle and the dramatic cliffs at Crackington Haven. The golden sands at Polzeath or Daymer Bay are only a short drive away. There are also a number of smaller beaches accessible to the adventurous from the coastal path.

The apartment has been completely refitted and re-equipped by the Owner for the 2011 season, including some very comfortable furniture and the installation of TVs in each bedroom. Featuring 2 bedrooms and a reasonable sized living area / kitchen / diner, this apartment offers very comfortable accommodation. An real bonus is the excellent rear patio deck and lawned garden. A safe and very pleasant place to enjoy for both young & old.

Ground Floor Only: Open plan living / kitchen / dining area. Bathroom with WC to one side and over bath shower. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom both with TV & DVD players.
Exterior: Deck area with lawned garden, external furniture & BBQ facilities.

Facilities & Services
Heating is via night storage units. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven & hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge / freezer & washing machine. The living area has a digital freeview TV & DVD player. There are also flat screen TVs in both bedrooms. There is an iron & ironing board.

Miscellaneous
Electricity, heating, bed linen & towels are all included. There is parking facilities for 1 vehicle outside. Regrettably no smoking is allowed. There is a cot & high chair available.

Shortbreaks are available during quieter periods.
