Craig Var - New Polzeath

The house sits overlooking Pentireglaze Haven, or Baby Bay. It is detached, on the northern end of Atlantic Terrace, thirty yards from the Atlantic Hotel, one hundred yards from the beach, ten yards from the North Cornwall Coastal Path, and with exceptional views of the bay, Pentire and Stepper Points, uninterrupted by other houses.
craig varThere are three double bedrooms, two twins and a bunk room on first and second floors. Upstairs there are two bathrooms, and one separate loo. On the ground floor there is a large shower/laundry room and wetsuit drying area with underfloor heating and a separate loo. In addition there is an outside loo and a surfers' shower. The kitchen and living area, with stunning views of the sea through picture windows, are open plan. The kitchen is well equipped for large groups and has recently been upgraded with two large fridges and a range cooker. Craig Var is spacious enough for several families to enjoy their holiday together and yet at the same time maintain their independence. Children are always welcome.
self cateringThe house is heated by electricity, with a very substantial hot water tank in an aring/drying cupboard on the first floor. The downstairs shower has its own separate heating system.
Outside the house there is a grassed area for parking up to five cars, and enough room to picnic, sunbathe or play Giants.
Dogs are welcome, although they are not allowed on the beach during the summer months.
The house is let on the strict conditions that there is a responsible adult present at all times, and that the maximum capacity of 12 adults is not exceeded. There can be no camping in the garden.
