First floor accommodation: Entrance into a newly fitted kitchen, equipped with an electric cooker, fridge,freezer, microwave and a washing machine with a built in tumble dryer. Lounge has a comfy three-piece suite, colour T.V with a video and a DVD player. Two bedrooms: bedroom one with a double bed and bedroom two with twin beds (3ft). The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath, wash hand basin and w.c.

*Heating: electric wall heaters are fitted in each room
*Communal garden with benches (unfortunately no ball games allowed)
*One parking permit for each apartment.
*Electricity is operated by a key meter
