Dave and Amanda welcome you to our home Chy-an-Eglos (which is Cornish for house by the church.)We are situated in the quaint village of St Newlyn East which is 4 miles from Perranporth.

We offer two comfortable rooms.The Cream Room is a double, with large en-suite including a bath and separate shower.The Blue Room is a double/twin/triple room with shower en-suite.Both rooms include digital flat screen TV with Freeview, alarm clocks and tea and coffee making facilities.Lovely views of the church can be seen from both rooms.

We serve a delicious full Cornish breakfast with a vegetarian option. It includes cereals,fresh fruit and fruit juices,along with toast and preserves.Breakfast is served in the dining room generally from 8am to 9am, but this is flexible and can be altered to suit your requirements.

A two minute stroll across the road brings you to a traditional village pub.This serves a varied menu at lunchtime and in the evenings.Other country pubs are within 3 miles.

The village is central for touring all parts of Cornwall.The beautiful beaches of Holywell Bay and Perranporth are only 3 and 4 miles away respectively.
The cathedral city of Truro is just 9 miles away for shopping,river trips or the theatre.

Cyclists are more than welcome. St Newlyn East is located on cycle route 32 and the Cornish Way. We are a convenient stop off for End to Enders.Cycles can be locked under cover at night and luggage drop off can be arranged upon request.
