Anjarden Byre is deceptively spacious, beautifully restored single story detached stone barn. Whilst converted and equipped to a high standard, great care has been taken to preserve the old beams and stone work.

Accommodation
Ground Floor Only: Open plan living / kitchen / dining area with granite inglenook fireplace. Master double bedroom with four poster 4'6" bed. Twin room with en-suite shower room and a separate family bathroom.
Exterior: Enclosed garden and patio area with external furniture and BBQ facilities.

Facilities & Services
Heating is via convector heaters throughout and the wood burning stove. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven & gas hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge / freezer, washing machine & dishwasher. The living area has a digital freeview TV & DVD player, video & stereo. There is WiFi available at the property. There is an iron & ironing board, electric indoor airer and outside rotary clothes dryer.

Miscellaneous
Electricity, heating & bed linen is included but you will need to provide your own towels. Alternatively towels can be provided at a cost of £2.50 per set. Please bring your own beach towels. There are parking facilities for up to 2 vehicles. Dogs will be permitted at a small additional charge per week; please note that the owner, who lives on site, has a very friendly dog. Regrettably no smoking is allowed. There is a cot available upon request.

General Booking Information
Arrival / Departure is normally a Saturday.
Shortbreaks are available during quieter periods.
£100 pre-authorised to your credit or debit card as a security deposit is required.
A 25% discount is available to a couple only booking outside the peak season.
