Stable Cottage

Trevelgue Court is a quiet development of some older Cornish properties just minutes from the golden sands of Porth Beach. With just a handful of properties surrounding the attractive courtyard, this is a delightful and peaceful place to stay. The cottage is away from the bustle of Newquay, yet close enough to visit all the attractions and the spectacular coastal walks. There are some of the best surfing beaches in the UK and some superb restaurants and pubs nearby including Jamie Oliver's Fifteen. All in all, this really is a great place to stay.

Stable Cottage is all on the ground floor which makes access easy for all. There is an open plan kitchen / living room and dining area with windows that overlook the courtyard and enjoy views of the surrounding hills towards the village of St Columb in the distance. Two bedrooms and a shower room lead off the inner hallway.

Accommodation
Ground Floor Only: Open plan living room, kitchen & dining room. Master double bedroom with standard double bed, twin bedroom with two 2'6" beds and a separate shower room.
Exterior: Communal courtyard area with external furniture.

Facilities & Services
Heating is via night storage heaters. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven & hob, kettle, toaster, fridge / freezer, and microwave. There is a flatscreen digital TV & DVD player, CD & Radio. There is an iron and ironing board available.

Miscellaneous
Electricity, heating, bed linen & towels are all included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. There are off road parking facilities for up to 2 vehicles. We regret that no smoking is permitted. Regrettably no dogs are allowed. There is a cot & high chair available.

Arrival / Departure is normally a Saturday.
Short breaks are available during quieter periods.
£100 pre-authorised to your credit or debit card as a security deposit is required.
