The conversion has been finished to high standards with an open plan kitchen / diner and lounge area. There are french windows looking out across beautiful countryside. There is a good sized double bedroom with a beautiful limestone tiled en-suite bathroom. Outside, there is a private patio area where you can enjoy the relaxing valley views.

Ground Floor Only: Open plan kitchen / dining room / lounge. Double bedroom with 5' double bed and en-suite bathroom with over-bath shower.
Exterior: The patio has outdoor furniture and BBQ facilities as well as valley views.

Heating is via gas central heating. The kitchen has a full range of equipment. There is an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge / freezer, dishwasher & washing machine. The lounge area has a flatscreen digital TV & DVD player. There is an iron & ironing board.

Miscellaneous
Electricity, heating, bed linen & towels are all included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. There is a dedicated car parking space for the barn. One well behaved dog will be permitted at a small additional charge. Regrettably no smoking is allowed. There is a cot & high chair available upon request.

General Booking Information
Arrival / Departure is normally a Saturday, although this is flexible in the winter.
Shortbreaks are available during quieter periods.
£100 pre-authorised to your credit or debit card as a security deposit is required.
