It is in an extremely central location in Cornwall within a few miles of the A30 which means that even places like St Michaels Mount are within a 45 minute drive. All the superb facilities of Newquay are on your doorstep including the magnificent surfing beaches, great restaurants including Jamie Oliver's Fifteen at Watergate Bay and some dramatic walks along some of the finest coastline in the British Isles.

The conversion has been finished to high standards with an open plan kitchen / diner and lounge area. There are french windows opening out onto the shared courtyard and the development is surrounded by beautiful countryside. The property has tiled floors throughout.. Outside, there is a landscaped courtyard area.

Accommodation
Ground Floor Only: Open plan kitchen / dining room / lounge. Double bedroom with 5' double bed and en-suite bathroom with over-bath shower.
Exterior: The shared landscaped courtyard has outdoor furniture and BBQ facilities as well as countryside views.

Facilities & Services
Heating is via gas central heating. The kitchen has a full range of equipment. There is an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge / freezer, dishwasher & washing machine. The lounge area has a flatscreen digital TV & DVD player. There is an iron & ironing board.

Miscellaneous
Electricity, heating, bed linen & towels are all included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. There is a dedicated car parking space for the barn. Up to 2 well behaved dogs will be permitted at a small additional charge. Regrettably no smoking is allowed. There is a cot & high chair available upon request.

General Booking Information
Arrival / Departure is normally a Saturday, although this is flexible in the winter.
£100 pre-authorised to your credit or debit card as a security deposit is required.
