Two delightful cottages in the heart of Mevagissey just a few minutes walk from the harbour, with lovely views and nearby parking. Rooftops is a grade 2 listed stone built cottage overlooking the picturesque fishing harbour, the accommodation is over three floors and comprises 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 comfortably. Mariners Lee has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 6 using a bed-settee in the living room.

A choice of two cottages centrally situated in Mevagisssey within a few minutes walk of the harbour and a choice of seven good restaurants and four pubs, both with views of the harbour.

Rooftops is a grade 2 listed stone built cottage the accommodation is over 3 floors and comprises 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 comfortably.

On the first floor there is a through living/sitting room with wonderful views over the town and picturesque fishing harbour, there is a sofa, armchairs, dining table & chairs, fireplace, TV with DVD player and music system.

Mevagissey

On the third floor the main bedroom has a king size bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps and a wash basin. The second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, built in wardrobe, bedside table, reading lamp and wash basin. Also on this floor is a further bedroom with a single bed and also a second WC.

On the ground floor there is a recently fitted kitchen complete with double belfast sink, washer/dryer machine, fridge freezer and oven/hob. The bathroom is also situated on this floor. Parking is available nearby and we have a travel cot and high chair available for babies.

Self catering

Mariners Lee is a 150 year old coastguard cottage with outstanding direct sea and harbour views and has the added advantage of a garden and adjacent parking and sleeps 4 + 2.

The accommodation consists of two double bedrooms, a bathroom with WC plus a separate downstairs WC and utility room. There is a fully equipped kitchen and through living/dining room containing a double bed settee. There is a TV, DVD & Video player plus a music system. There is also a travel cot and high chair available for younger members of the family.
