Romany Rye is well equipped, tastefully furnished and decorated and is the very essence of a beachside holiday home.

Beach, beautiful views, surfing, golf, horse riding, sand dunes, rock pools and plenty of walks right on the doorstep - this property is ideal for a family summer holiday or a winter escape for a couple or small group of friends. Newquay, with its beaches and a huge array of restaurants, bars and clubs, is only 10 minutes away.

Accommodation
Ground Floor: Kitchen area with open plan dining area seating 8 leading to the conservatory with sea views going out through double doors onto a decked area. Separate sitting area overlooking the beach. A double bedroom with 5" bed with en-suite shower room, a twin room with two 3"beds and separate bathroom.
First Floor: Master double bedroom with 5" bed & sea views, with a single bed suitable for a child or when not in use doubling as a lounger. En-suite bathroom with over bath shower.
Exterior: Enclosed garden at the rear with patio table & chairs. At the front there is a sun deck with a lawned garden and steps leading to the common and then onto the beach.

Facilities & Services
Heating is via central heating throughout. The white kitchen with granite worktops & tiled flooring is fully equipped with an electric oven & hob, kettle, toaster, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine & tumble drier. The sitting room has a flatscreen, Freeview TV & DVD player and radio. There is an iron & ironing board available.

Miscellaneous
Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are all included, but you will need to provide your own beach towels. There are parking facilities for up to 2 vehicles. One small dog will be permitted at a small additional cost. We regret that no smoking is allowed. There is a cot & high chair available.

General Booking Information
Arrival / Departure is normally a Saturday.
Short breaks are available during quieter periods.
£100 pre-authorised to your credit or debit card as a security deposit is required.
A 10% discount is available to a couple only booking outside the peak season.
