Our house is just 10 minutes walk from the centre of town, 10 minutes from the nearest beach and coast path with several other very quiet beaches just a little further away. The world famous Eden Project is a mere 10 minutes drive away (via a queue hopping side entrance!!) and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are a short drive away
