The Sea House

Located within the Packet Quays development, right on the waterfront in Falmouth, The Sea House is in one of those locations you just dream about in Cornwall. You cannot get closer to the sea as you literally are standing over the water (apart from low tide) on one of two balconies hanging over the water. Indeed, some guests have even been know to cast a fishing line from there own balcony! Besides the tremendous views, the apartment is only a few minutes walk from the centre of Falmouth with a fine choice of shops, restaurants, pubs & attractions. The Prince of Wales pier is also nearby for trips to enjoy places such as St Mawes & the Helford River.

The Sea House is all on one level and every room apart from the bathroom has water views, taking in the wonderful seascape from Flushing across Falmouth harbour to the Roseland peninsula in the distance. The apartment is presented to high standards by the Owner and offers comfortable accommodation for up to 4 guests in 2 double bedrooms. The light-filled sitting/dining-room has white upholstery with touches of blue, giving the property a nautical feel. Guests have access to a small communal garden overlooking the water nearby, shared with other residents.

Ground Floor: Entrance hall, sitting/dining-room, kitchen, bathroom with bath & fitted shower. Bedroom 1 with double bed (5’) & bedroom 2 with double bed.
Exterior: 2 waterfront balconies with exterior furniture.

Facilities & Services
Full gas-fired central heating throughout. The kitchen has a range of modern units with an electric cooker & hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment. There is a washer / drier machine outside in the garage. The sitting room has a TV, video & DVD/CD player. There is an iron & ironing board.

Miscellaneous
Electricity, heating and bed linen are all included, however you must bring your own towels. There is a garage suitable for a medium sized car with maximum height 77". There is no parking apart from this garage other than on nearby roads or public car parks. We regret no smoking is permitted within the property. Regrettably, no children under 16 or dogs are allowed at the Sea House.
