Trebah Gardens - falmouth

Trebah Gardens thrive with scent and color whole year round. Visitors will be treated to a unique view of rare and exotic plants, trees and shrubs, waterfalls, and rock pools. Here is one place filled with a wild array of colorful blooms and surprises but a place where children can relax and play around. This means the garden does not sport a “Keep off the Grass” signs because it is filled with play areas children just adore.

Take your children to Trebah Gardens and let them marvel at the Gunnera passage, a 16-feet high tunnel of giant rhubarb, or just race around. Trebah dates back over 150 years created by the Fox family during the mid-19th century. This is an ideal place for family outings. The garden offers opportunities for swimming and picnics on the beach.

Other features of the Trebah Gardens include children's activities, special events, the Gallery Shop which showcases a wide selection of toys, pottery, jewelry, books and other gifts, Garden Shops, and the Garden Café which gives visitors a chance to savor home-made dishes from local ingredients. Coffee or lunch is available.

Events geared towards educational programs are also hosted by Trebah Gardens throughout the year. Trebah Gardens is around five and a half hours from London. It is open every day of the year from 10:30am to 5pm. There is free car and coach parking on site. Admission rates from March 1-October 31 is £5.50 for adults, £5.00 for seniors and £3.00 for children. Children under five years old are free. The rates are reduced during the winter.
