Orchestra of the Swan

The event starts with Orchestra of the Swan performing Mozart’s Symphony No. 40 in G Minor. Orchestra of the Swan are famous for reproducing masterpieces of our age with brilliance, zest and a great presentation. Orchestra of the Swan and the Wessex Concert Orchestra collaborate with Errolyn Wallen’s highly original Speed Dating for Two Orchestras. Wallen won the BBC Radio 3 British Composers Award in 2005. The event ends with a colourful performance by Scheherazade, famous for their ties to Russia at the time of the Czars.
