Atlantis - A world beyond worlds

Atlantis will make for a night of marine exploration and understanding. Dr. Miles Hoskin will introduce Luc Besson’s classic film Atlantis, which features no dialogues, and tells the story of underwater living creatures and non-living factors. Subtitled A World Beyond Worlds, the film has been highly acclaimed by critics all over the world and its beautiful portrayal of the marine world has been said to be as captivating as the most famous poetry ever written. The film will be followed by a discussion centered around conservation of marine resources, with specific reference to Cornwalls Fal estuary.
