Pearl of Africa is a singing from straight from the ethnic country of Uganda, Africa. The Pearl of Africa Children’s Choir has been on a UK tour, and they will sing for Cornwall on Tuesday as a part of the Roseland Festival 2008. This is the time to know about and appreciate a culture totally different from our own, and totally unique in its own respect. Molly & Paul Childcare Foundation Schools will be accepting donations at the event and every one is requested to make a contribution. More information is available on www.pearlofafrica.org.uk.

Peter Hearn, the very loved and popular author, story teller, poet, musician and folklorist returns to Gerrans, Cornwall. He will entertain the audience through literature, poetry, stories, folklores, and of course, a lot of music. The night will also see local author Chris Pollard introducing his new book, with Portscatho as the theme, to the audience.

There is nothing more reveling as a night of beautiful words and wonderful music. Make sure you dont miss this and come to show your love and appreciation for the wonderful artists.
