Chy Revader

This comfortable, well furnished and equipped old cottage is owned by a very enthusiastic local Pilot Gig rower, hence the name which means rower's house in the Cornish language. It is just a short walk to the pretty creek where you can walk along the tranquil waterfront lane. It is a simply magical place to stroll and there is a great little pub for meals or evening drinks overlooking the river. For cycling enthusiasts, there is also easy access to the Bissoe Trail which offers an 11 mile level route to Portreath on the north coast, plus many other paths.

Devoran is a lovely quiet location but incredibly centrally placed to access the famous port of Falmouth, the cathedral city of Truro and the many wonderful attractions of south, west and central Cornwall.

The pretty garden has a pond populated by Koy carp so Chy Revader is not suitable for toddlers or dogs.

Accommodation
Ground Floor: Living room with gas coal effect fire leading to a dining room, kitchen and separate bathroom. There is a small study area with desk.
First Floor: Master double bedroom with a king sized bed, double bedroom & single bedroom.
External: Garden with external furniture & a pond with Koy Carp.

Facilities & Services
Heating is via central heating throughout and a gas coal effect fire. The kitchen has an electric oven & gas hob, fridge with separate freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine. In the living room area there is a flatscreen Freeview TV & DVD player, CD & Radio. There is an iron & ironing board.

Miscellaneous
Heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included, but you need to bring your own beach towels. There is plenty of on street free parking available. Regrettably no dogs are permitted and no smoking is allowed at the property. THIS PROPERTY IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 5 YEARS OF AGE.
