Tregather Cottage

This wonderful holiday home is set on the 800 acre farm at Trevigue which dates back to before the Norman Conquest in 1066 and is farmed on environmentally friendly principles. With three miles of stunning coastline, impressive cliffs, the lovely, unspoilt Strangles beach and a great diversity of flora and fauna, Trevigue is a unique and unforgettable location. There are beaches and a pub within a 20 minute walk along either beautiful country lanes or the spectacular coastal path.

First impressions are vitally important, and your initial glimpse of Tregather will leave you relaxed and lazing in the inviting outdoor swimming pool within minutes of arrival. The house is built with an open plan style and has a harmonious relationship with its surroundings. There is easy access from the ground floor rooms to the attractive wrap around terrace, a great area for breakfast, dining and barbecues. The swimming pool is beautiful and secluded overlooking the woods. Tregather is a particularly attractive house, with a naturally restful character that owes much to its setting. It is so tranquil and peaceful here, so rare to stay in the cottage not overlooked and completely private.

Accommodation
Ground Floor: Open plan sitting/dining room/kitchen with glass fronted wall and French windows to terrace. Sunroom with French windows to terrace. Master bedroom with zip and link 6ft bed or two 3ft singles, dressing room, large wet room with double sinks and French windows to terrace. Hall with facilities.
First Floor: 2 en-suite double rooms, 1 twin room and single room with shared shower en-suite. 2 staircases.
Exterior: Wrap around terrace with BBQ & garden furniture. Lawned area.
Pool Area: Gated area, sweeping path to pool with summerhouse. 10x5m outdoor pool, heated from June until the end of August. Please note that outside temperatures affect the heat of the pool.

Facilities & Services
Central heating throughout. The kitchen is well equipped with a range of cupboards. There is an electric hob & cooker, a fridge / freezer, dishwasher & microwave. There is a separate utility area with a washing machine & tumble drier. The sitting room area has a flatscreen TV. There is an iron & ironing board.

Miscellaneous
Electricity, heating, bed linen & towels are all included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. There is parking available for up to 3 cars on the private driveway. We regret that dogs are not permitted. Regrettably no smoking is allowed. There is a cot & high chair available.

Short breaks are available during quieter periods.
£400 pre-authorised to your credit or debit card as a security deposit is required.
A 30% discount is available to 4 people or less using only part of the house - applicable to 7 night lets only.
