This superb holiday home is set on the 800 acre farm at Trevigue which dates back to before the Norman Conquest in 1066 and is farmed on environmentally friendly principles. With three miles of stunning coastline, impressive cliffs, the lovely, unspoilt Strangles beach and a great diversity of flora and fauna, Trevigue is a unique and unforgettable location. There are beaches and a pub within a 20 minute walk along either beautiful country lanes or the spectacular coastal path.
Samphire House is set above 10 acres of ancient woodland through which a path leads to the beach at Crackington Haven. Dry stonewalls line the driveway and there is ample parking. Samphire House is only a five minute drive to the family beach at Crackington Haven. The main entrance is at first floor level leading into a huge open plan kitchen/sitting room and dining area with a high beamed vaulted ceiling and dramatic green bisque radiators 'splashed' on the walls and a balcony overlooking the swimming pool and has stunning countryside views. Perfect for a dinner party of Champagne and canapés!
Accommodation
First Floor: Open plan sitting/dining room/kitchen with sliding doors onto the terrace. Double bedroom with en-suite shower room, triple bedroom with double bed, single bed and en suite shower room. Both bedrooms have sliding doors onto the terrace.
Ground Floor: Large leisure room with a range of comfortable furniture and sliding doors directly onto the pool area. Double bedroom with en-suite shower room, triple bedroom with double bed, single bed and en suite shower room. The triple bedroom has sliding doors directly onto the pool area. The double bedroom has sliding doors onto the rear patio terrace.
Exterior: First floor terrace with stunning views over the pool and across countryside. External furniture.
Pool Area: Enclosed area, accessed directly from the house. The pool is heated from June until the end of August. Please note that outside temperatures affect the heat of the pool.
Facilities & Services
Central heating throughout. The kitchen is well equipped with a range of cupboards and shelving. There is an electric hob & cooker, a fridge / freezer, dishwasher & microwave. There is a washing machine & tumble drier. The sitting room area has a flatscreen TV. There is an iron & ironing board.
Miscellaneous
Electricity, heating, bed linen & towels are all included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. There is parking available for up to 3 cars on the private driveway. We regret that dogs are not permitted. Regrettably no smoking is allowed. There is a cot & high chair available.

Short breaks are available during quieter periods.
£400 pre-authorised to your credit or debit card as a security deposit is required.
A 30% discount is available to 4 people or less using only part of the house - applicable to 7 night lets only.
